Mindful Conversations
Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri’s Women’s Leadership Network (WLN) invites you to join us for our virtual Mindful Conversations event on March 29th at 12 pm.
The March session Connecting with Yourself will be facilitated by EQ-i Coach, Roberta Moore. During this engaging conversation, Roberta will utilize the concept of self-empathy to address the new stressors that are being placed upon teams in today’s changing landscape. Attendees will learn to better understand the relationship between anxiety and control in stressful situations.
Key takeaways will include actionable tips for using EQ skills to respond to workplace stress and strategies for improving self-empathy for better professional and personal outcomes.
Join fellow WLN members for this free event as we encourage one another and continue to build life-long leadership skills during this impactful session of conversation and connection.
Attendees are encouraged to complete the EQ-Self-Assessment in advance of the March 29th conversation.
